As Business Support Manager, Lucie leads the Business Support team in Bristol, London, and Munich to maintain and grow the way it supports the wider business. She has previous experience in the hotel industry, where she managed the Front Office team, as well as extensive customer service experience.

Lucie joined HLK in January 2023 as an Office Administrator in the Business Support team and was promoted to the Business Support Manager in October 2023.
