Flora Hachemi

Flora joined HLK in 2022 and is a UK Trade Mark Attorney. Before joining HLK, Flora worked as a UK Trade Mark Attorney for a boutique firm of European Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in Glasgow where she qualified in 2019. Flora has particular experience with clients in the food and drink industry, clothing and accessories, cosmetics, retail, marketing and business administration, technology, design and development services and charitable services. Flora’s experience includes clearance searching, filing and prosecution of applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, devising trade mark and design filing, prosecution and renewal strategies as well as providing ownership advice and conducting IP Audits. Flora also has experience in contentious matters, in providing infringement advice, filing and defending oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
