知识产权最新消息 Unwired Planet v Huawei – 英国最高法院就英国法院的全球FRAND许可决定权作出判决 11th September 2020 本周早些时候，最高法院在“Unwired Planet诉华为”一案中作出判决，这是近年来英国法院审理的与标准专利相关的最重要案件之一。最高法院已确定，英国法院有权决定SEP全球许可的FRAND条款，这一决定可能会确保英国成为SEP持有人的诉讼首选国来保护自己的权利。
