Ingrid joined HLK in July 2019 as a Trainee Patent Administrator in the Bristol Tech team. Prior to joining HLK she graduated with a BA (Hons) in English and was employed in the fields of marketing and administration. In 2023 Ingrid passed the CIPA Introductory Patent Administrators’ Course and was awarded a distinction. Ingrid’s responsibilities include liaising with clients and the UK and European Patent Offices, as well as reporting official communications and monitoring deadlines.
