About Bhavini

Bhavini has been qualified for over 10 years and has experience working for both national and international law firms in the City.

Bhavini specialises in a wide range of technology and IP matters, commercial contracts, business critical outsourcing and transformation projects.  Having originally started a career in corporate law, this has been beneficial in understanding business issues and drivers to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice. Her experience includes negotiating and preparing a broad range of commercial contracts including outsourcing, software licensing, licensing and assignment of IP, collaboration agreements, SaaS agreements,  terms and conditions for the supply and purchase of goods and services, framework agreements, NDAs and website terms.

Bhavini also provides advice in relation to all areas of data protection and advises clients on data privacy compliance. She has spent time on secondment with the financial regulator providing expert data protection advice.
